We have different wedding day and event packages according to what your needs are. We’re happy to add or take out services to customize a package just for you!
Platinum Package
If you’ve begun planning your wedding and are working on getting your vendors but would like some guidance with vendor selections and design ideas this would be a good package for you. We’ll assist you along the way and then on your special day you’ll be able to enjoy your family and friends who have come from near and far without having to worry about all the details of the set up with the vendors, decorating, dealing with any issues that will arise during your wedding.
- You’ll receive an initial FREE one hour consultation meeting so we can learn about your vision and how you’d like things to go
- Unlimited contact via email as questions or concerns arise
- Help guide you with vendor selections to fit your vision and budget
- Assist with design ideas and floor plan layout
- Review vendor contracts
- Help you along the with checklist things to remember to do so you don’t miss any details as you get closer to your special day
- Prepare a detailed Wedding Day Timeline with vendor arrival times, when everything will take place and make sure all vendors receive a copy
- Contact all the vendors before the wedding to confirm arrival times and instructions
- One hour meeting within a week prior to the wedding to review final timeline and collect all items to set-up for the ceremony and reception
- Greet vendors and oversee the set up to make sure set up as you have specified
- Set up guest sign in table, cake table with champagne flutes and serving set, put out place cards and seating chart and guest take away gifts
- Assist with any last minute projects such as seating chart assignments, place cards, programs, menu cards, guest favors, etc.
- Processional line up and cue for music
- Keep you and your family and wedding party on schedule per the timeline
- We will take care of any vendor payments or tips
- Assist family, wedding party and guests with special needs
- Take gifts, toasting flutes, cake serving set, cake topper and any other personal items to designated car for safe transportation home
- Deal with any behind the scenes issues that will arise
- Coordinate with band or DJ for presenting the wedding party at the reception and all other activities during your wedding day
- Make sure you have a wonderful send off into your new married life together!!!
(You may combine this package with Hourly Consultation fees of $75 per hour for assistance with anything outside of this package)
Gold Package
If you’ve planned your entire event and gotten all of your vendors but would like to enjoy your special day with your family and friends without worrying about all the details of the set up with the vendors, decorating and dealing with any issues that will arise during your wedding this is a good package for you.
- You’ll receive an initial FREE one hour consultation meeting so we can learn about your vision and how you’d like things to go
- Unlimited contact via email as questions or concerns arise
- Assist in preparing your Wedding Day Timeline
- Contact all the vendors before the wedding to confirm arrival times and instructions
- Half hour meeting within a week prior to the wedding to review final timeline and collect all items to set-up for the ceremony and reception
- Greet vendors and oversee the set up to make sure set up as you have specified
- Set up guest sign in table, cake table with champagne flutes and serving set, put out place cards and seating chart and guest take away gifts
- Processional line up and cue for music

Groom’s Family Package
If you and your parents need assistance with suggestions on venues and planning the Rehearsal Dinner this package would be good for you.
- You’ll receive an initial FREE one hour consultation meeting so we can learn about your vision and how you’d like things to go
- Help guide you with vendor selections to fit your vision and budget
- Unlimited contact via email as questions or concerns arise
- Assist in preparing your Day of Timeline
- Contact all the vendors before the dinner to confirm arrival times and instructions
- Half hour meeting within a week prior to the wedding to review final timeline and collect all items to set-up
- Oversee set up and once dinner begins we’ll leave so you can enjoy the evening

A la carte – Hourly Consulting – $75 per hour
